That girl can rock!
At first I thought the dancing was just an accident. Robyn likes to rock back and forth on her hands...just thought it was cute. Then I realized she was doing it with certain music! Namely "Yankee Doodle" (which, mom Fort, is music from the rolling ball you gave her for Christmas).
She sometimes rocks when other music is playing too. And she does it when the boys are being seriously crazy! Her way of showing her excitement!
This weekend she increased her "sitting" time long enough for me to snap a few shots. I especially like the one with her smiling "through" her thumb.

Cycling 101
When Aidan learned to ride his bike it took him weeks to get it down! Weeks of frustration and lots of scrapes from falling down. I remember when I learned to ride a bike without training wheels it took me an ENTIRE Saturday of riding. And falling. A lot. But, we both eventually got it all figured out.
Hunter came home from school one day last week and told me to take his training wheels off his bike. Reluctantly I did as instructed. I didn't think he was ready as he hasn't ridden his bike much in the last few months. Meanwhile, Hunter was getting all decked out in his helmet and pads. Good boy...
If I totaled all the time he spent learning to ride that bike maybe we'd make it to an hour. Yes, it took two days--but only a half hour each day did he try. You hear that?! That's how fast he figured it all out.
Aidan graciously helped out on day two. He knows that once Hunter gets completely comfortable on it they can ride their bikes to school instead of walking every morning. Good goin' Hunter...you're such a lightning fast learner!
